At RUMA, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we craft and deliver.

Each item is carefully sourced, packed, and sealed to maintain freshness and purity. Because most of our products are food-grade, wellness, or personal items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll review the issue and offer either a replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.

  • Refunds (when approved) are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Our promise is simple: if it’s genuinely our fault, we’ll make it right.
